Refund Policy

1. Refund Process and Requirements

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the original account or credit card used for the deposit.
  • If the Client does not provide the necessary bank details for refunds via bank transfer (official bank document with IBAN/account number, SWIFT/BIC, routing number, customer name, bank name, and address), the Company may cancel the refund request within five (5) working days.

2. Transaction Fees

  • A commission may be charged on deposits and refunds, covering electronic transfer costs.
  • Bank transfer fees range from €25 to €50, deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Submitting Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the Company’s official website. Requests via other channels will not be processed.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within seven (7) working days after the Client meets the Company-defined margin requirements. Transfer costs, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Conditions for Refund Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel a refund request if:

  • The remaining balance post-refund cannot support open transactions.
  • The Client has not completed verification, which requires submission of all KYC documents (ID, proof of address, and partial card details).
  • The Client has not provided signed deposit statements or bonus agreements (if applicable).
  • The required documents are not submitted within five (5) working days.

6. Exceptional Refund Circumstances
Refunds may be issued to the original card in the following cases:

  • The Client remains unverified 14 working days after a card transaction.
  • A third-party transaction is identified.
  • The Client violates the Accepted Customer Agreement.

7. No Fees for Card Refunds

  • The Company does not charge commissions on refunds processed back to credit or debit cards.
